About Me
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. Over the last decade I have gained the skills needed to work with a business owner to help them transition to their next journey.
I grew up in North DFW to a mother that was a dental hygienist and a father that was a federal agent. I gained a scholarship to play college football at West Texas A&M outside of Amarillo, TX. This is where I met my wife, Kathryn, who was on scholarship for rodeo (barrel racing). I graduated with honors (summa cum laude) with a double major, business management and finance. After undergrad I played one year of professional football in the CFL for the British Columbia Lions.
After the CFL I joined a diversified construction company, Ledcor, where I held a wide range of operational and leadership roles. Throughout all my time at Ledcor I worked directly for the executive team in the US Division. My last role with Ledcor was Director of Engineering, leading a large team of field and office personnel for the company’s telecommunications division.
Through my time playing football and working at Ledcor I found that my true passion was working with and leading teams of diverse individuals. This passion led me to the decision to sharpen my hard and soft leadership skills by gaining a full time MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
While at Tuck I met mentors and investors that have led me to the decision to pursue my dream of operating a small business.
I currently reside on an acreage in Argyle, TX with my wife and two kids. I am currently working as a portfolio general manager at startup Kasa Living where I manage a large team and P&L throughout Texas. Outside of work I love to spend time outside with friends and family. If the business opportunity is outside of DFW my family and I look forward to relocating and setting roots down in a new community.
